Foods manufacture a wide range of chocolate products varying in
viscosity, yield value and particle size depending on customer
requirements. Orley is able to supply both couverture and non-tempering
(compound) chocolate products which are ideal for a host of applications
– such as coating, dipping, enrobing, filling, inclusion,
topping and moulding.
We are the largest supplier of bake-stable chocolate chips in
South Africa and also produce discs and slabs in milk, dark, white,
caramel, yoghurt and fruit varieties.

requirements. Orley offers both Lauric and Non-Lauric chocolate
coatings.
