Based in Cape Town, Orley Foods is positioned conveniently to
supply bulk liquid sugar and invert sugar syrups to the beverage
industry in the Western Cape. Sold in quantities ranging from
a few kilograms to large 30 ton road tankers, these products appear
in leading South African ciders, coolers, wines and fruit nectars.
Stringent international chemical and microbiological quality standards
are maintained throughout processing, filtration, storage and
delivery. Orley Foods is certified by the SABS as HACCP compliant,
an international food safety standard.
Orley’s range of Golden, Maple, Invert, Chocolate and
Flavoured syrups and Sauces are used extensively in the food
industry. The range of sugar based products includes Lemon Curd,
Confectioners Fondant and fruit based ripples and sauces for
the dairy industry for applications in yoghurt and ice cream
manufacture.
In
addition, we are able to custom-manufacture savoury marinades
and sauces.
